Join Lakeland Regional Health and Bonnet Springs Park for RideSafe, a community event dedicated to promoting bike safety through proper helmet use, on Saturday, October 26 from 10AM – 12PM.

RideSafe offers bike helmet fittings and free helmet distribution. Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or a beginner, this event is an opportunity to learn, engage, and equip yourself with the knowledge and gear needed for safe and enjoyable fun. This year we’re excited to introduce our inaugural bike parade! Kids are invited to bring their bikes or scooters and wear their favorite costumes for a little seasonal fun. In addition to the RideSafe stations, BSP Volunteers will lead a free STEM-themed activity for participants!

The event will be held on the Allen & Company Family Lawn, and the parade will begin at 11:30AM. Come learn about bicycle safety with Lakeland Regional Health and Bonnet Springs Park!

Important Details:

• Free helmets, while supplies last. All ages are eligible, but recipient must be present for helmet fitting.
• Kids can bring bikes and/or scooters for the bike parade.
• All children who complete the bike rodeo course will receive a certificate.
• A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a waiver for children or participants under 18.
