Mind, Body, Movement: Rucking with Will Power Fitness

Join us on Saturday, October 12 for an exciting Mind, Body, Movement class with Will Power Fitness, who will lead a 1.7 mile ruck walk around BSP combined with full-body workouts strategically placed throughout the session.

This unique experience is designed to strengthen both your body and mind, as you build endurance, strength, and mental resilience. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or new to fitness, this class will help you push your limits in a supportive and energizing environment. This event is FREE to attend, appropriate for all ages, and no equipment is required. Bring a water bottle, towel, and weighted vest or pack if you have one. The walk will begin at the Allen & Company Family Lawn at 8AM.
