Grab your pack and take part in an early morning Ruck around the Park, led by Willpower Fitness of Lakeland, on Saturday, August 5th!
Rucking is simply walking a set distance with optional additional weight on your back. Willpower Fitness will be here to guide and motivate you on a 1.7 mile ruck march around the park, while offering additional fitness challenges and optional circuit exercises with plenty of available modifications.
Whether you want a physical challenge, or just to enjoy connection in nature, all skill levels are welcome to participate! Meet in front of the Welcome Center and be ready to take off at 7 AM.
