Grab your pack and unwrap your strength this Holiday season and take part in a ruck around the park on Tuesday, December 19th at Jingle Bell Ruck.
Rucking is simply walking a set distance with optional additional weight on your back. Willpower Fitness will be here to guide and motivate you on a festive ruck march around the park, while offering additional fitness challenges and optional circuit exercises with plenty of available modifications.
Whether you want a physical challenge, or just to enjoy connection in nature, all skill levels are welcome to join! Participants will meet in front of the Welcome Center and be ready to take off at 5:30PM.
