Looking for ways to incorporate more balance, strength, and flexibility into your daily life?

Look no further than our upcoming Tai-Chi class being led by Satya Life Yoga at Bonnet Springs Park on Saturday, September 30th at 8AM on the Allen & Company Family Lawn.

Tai Chi is a gentle moving meditation that improves health physically, mentally, and emotionally. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi is required. Comfortable clothing and flat shoes are recommended.
