Morning Mindfulness

Slow down and connect with the natural world through a peaceful journaling session on Wednesday, July 16, from 9 – 11AM near the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse as part of our Morning Mindfulness series. You will be guided to explore your surroundings with curiosity and attention. Then use watercolors to record the beauty and details around you in a nature journal. Journals and watercolor paints will be provided. This event is free and open to guests of all ages with adult supervision.
