Start the day with movement as part of our Morning Mindfulness Sessions on Wednesday, July 23, from 9 – 11AM. Two 45-minute sessions at 9AM and 10AM near the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse which overlooks the Blanton Family Lagoon and offers a peaceful space to stretch, breath, and move. Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on while you are guided through poses and breathing exercises designed to build focus, balance, and body awareness. This event is free and open to guests of all ages with adult supervision.
