Morning Mindfulness

Morning Mindfulness

Feel the beat and practice joyful drumming near the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse on Wednesday, July 30, from 9 – 11AM for our last Morning Mindfulness event of the season. Two, 45-minute drumming sessions will be held at 9AM and 10AM. Our friends from Giving Tree Music will guide you through creating basic rhythms, exploring the grounding effects of music, and boosting connection with your fellow drummers. This event is free and open to guests of all ages with adult supervision.
