Morning Mindfulness

Morning Mindfulness

Decompress with a restorative, all-ages, family meditation as part of BSP’s Morning Mindfulness series on Wednesday, June 18 from 9 – 11AM. Two, 45-minute sessions, starting at 9 and 10AM, will be held near the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse against the peaceful backdrop of the Blanton Family Lagoon. Learn calming and grounding techniques that you can practice anywhere! Bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on while you move, stretch, and practice deep breathing. This event is open to guests of all ages with adult supervision.
