Slow down and reconnect with grounding sessions and mindfulness activities as part of BSP’s Morning Mindfulness series on Wednesday, June 25 from 9 – 11AM. Multiple 15-minute sessions of grounding activities will be held near the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse overlooking the Blanton Family Lagoon for ultimate tranquility. Engage in mindfulness activities that focus on the five senses, amidst the beauty of BSP’s landscape. This event is free to attend and open to guests of all ages with adult supervision, no registration required. We recommend parking in the Event Center lot for the shortest walk to the event.
