Winter Wellness Walk at Light Up BSP with LRH

Join Lakeland Regional Health on Wednesday, December 18th from 6 – 8:30PM for an opportunity to get your body moving and enjoy the wonder of the holiday season at Bonnet Springs Park.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Enjoy a leisurely walk through the AgAmerica Heritage Gardens.
  • Make your way through the Crenshaw Canopy Walk and participate in special activities like the Holiday Scavenger Hunt, Frosty’s Fitness Circuit, and Mindfulness Ornament Craft.
  • Stop by the LRH tent for a complimentary treat (while supplies last) and tips to support your body and mind during the season.
