Saturday, September 16 | 8 - 9AM | Zumba

BSP is kicking off Hispanic Heritage Month with Zumba lead by Talisha Baker on Saturday, September 16th at 8AM!

This high-energy dance fitness class with take place on the Allen & Company Family Lawn. Zumba fuses upbeat Latin music and easy-to-follow moves to provide a rhythmic and fun total body dance-based workout designed for all ages and skill levels to enjoy!

Join us for FREE Zumba class on Saturday, September 16th! No registration or equipment necessary.

Saturday, September 30 | 8 - 9AM | Tai-Chi

Looking for ways to incorporate more balance, strength, and flexibility into your daily life?

Look no further than our upcoming Tai-Chi class being led by Satya Life Yoga at Bonnet Springs Park on Saturday, September 30th at 8AM on the Allen & Company Family Lawn.

Tai Chi is a gentle moving meditation that improves health physically, mentally, and emotionally. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi is required. Comfortable clothing and flat shoes are recommended.

Saturday, October 14 | 8 - 9AM | Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath

Join us for a Yoga Nidra and sound bath meditation on October 14th at 8AM on the Allen & Company Family Lawn.

This experience, offered by Amy Under the Oak and Yoga with Ali, combines Sound Bath meditation and a restorative Yoga Nidra session. All skill levels are welcome to relax, restore, and enjoy a gentle start to the weekend.

All are encouraged to bring their own fitness mats for this FREE Mind, Body, Movement session at BSP.

Saturday, October 28 | 9 - 10AM | Buti Yoga

Join us on Saturday, October 28th for an invigorating Buti Yoga session offered by Fashionista Yogi.

This unique yoga session will be a soulful blend of power yoga, cardio-intensive dance movements, and plyometrics. The beat-blended movements will energize and connect your mind and body.

Please bring a fitness mat or blanket for this FREE yoga class on Saturday, October 28th at 9AM at the Allen & Company Family Lawn.

No prior knowledge of Buti Yoga is required and all skill-levels are welcome.
