Bonnet Springs Park was awarded funding through the 2023 Empower Polk Grant through the GiveWell Community Foundation to help us streamline our event booking process. With GiveWell’s support, we were able to continue our implementation of a highly regarded and rated Events Software System.
This software has helped BSP’s internal capacity to be more effective and efficient because, with this software, our Events Planning team now has a centralized, integrated database. It helps to eliminate several manual steps; now when information is changed by one user, everyone can access that information to create lists, layouts, reports, and any other information they need—thereby improving overall productivity. Additionally, the software allows for improved organizational workflows that can be adapted to our specific needs. Certain processes can even be automated. As the park continues to get many event requests, this software has been critical for our team.
BSP is grateful that GiveWell has empowered us to better serve the Central Florida community and enabled us to be a more successful venue rental facility.
