Bonnet Springs Park is a “play at your own risk” park. Bonnet Springs Park is not responsible for injuries that occur on the park’s property. Parents/Guardians are strongly encouraged to provide direct supervision, ensure their child’s safety, and assess their child’s capability with regard to different play elements. There is an inherent risk to climbing on rocks, logs, ladders, and all other play elements in the Park. Please use discretion. Use each play element as intended. If you have questions about a particular element, please see a Park team member.
Code of Conduct
Bonnet Springs Park is an all-ages, family-friendly facility. Have respect for others and the Park. Offensive language, including loud/excessive profanity, inappropriate clothing, destruction of property and plants, intoxication, use of drugs, or other disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated. No merchandise sales, solicitation, surveying, or distribution of handbills or flyers is allowed without written consent from the Park. Management reserves the right to remove and permanently revoke the use rights of individuals who are not behaving in the spirit of Bonnet Springs Park.
Park hours vary by season and section of the park.
No overnight parking is permitted. The park and parking lots must be vacated at closing.
No smoking is permitted (traditional or e-cigarettes) except in designated areas within the parking lots.
No open fires or grilling are permitted.
No glass bottles in the play areas or lagoon.
No amplified sound devices. Please use headphones for your music.
Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
Owners must clean up after their pet and service animals.
Bicycles are only allowed on the Lakeland Regional Health Circulator or bike path.
No motorized vehicles other than mobility ECV’s or e-bicycles are allowed in the park.
Only alcohol purchased in the park is permitted.
The display or open carry of guns, knives, or other weapons is strictly prohibited.
No drones or RC equipment are to be operated in the park.
No fishing is allowed in the park.
Tram Rules
ONLY Well-behaved lap dogs are permitted on trams.
Service animals may ride with their owner on any tram.
No smoking or vaping on the trams.
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult when sitting in the back row of the tram.
Light refreshments may be enjoyed during your ride.
