Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse

The Boathouse is a warm, inviting waterfront venue nestled along the lagoon—an idyllic setting for unforgettable social celebrations and relaxed corporate gatherings. Surrounded by natural beauty, this charming open-air space features both upper and lower levels, creating a seamless flow for all kinds of events.

Guests can mingle in the screened pavilion, stroll along the private dock extending over the lagoon, and soak in the tranquil waterfront atmosphere that makes every occasion feel special. To accommodate your vision, 60-inch round tables and classic black folding chairs are available. Convenient onsite restrooms ensure comfort throughout your event.

For weddings, The Boathouse transforms into a romantic waterfront ceremony destination. Elegant white chairs and your choice of two timeless arches provide the perfect backdrop for exchanging vows in a breathtaking natural setting. Guests enjoy access to limited private tram service from the parking area, along with two complimentary flatbed golf cart trips to assist with décor setup—making your special day as effortless as it is beautiful.

Hollis Family Welcome Center

Contemporary, flexible room that is ideal for meetings, showers, family gatherings, and more. Wood tables, 20 chairs, a credenza, and a loveseat are included. The room has a 70′ TV with the capability to connect to a guest computer for presentations. The room is an air-conditioned space next door to our coffee shop.

Kiwanis Cares for Kids Treehouse

Rustic, raised Treehouse nestled within the oak trees. Three child-sized tables with benches and one adult table are included. Open-air concept with ceiling fans and an on-site restroom. Catering must be provided by BSP.
