Kiwanis Cares for Kids Treehouse

Rustic, raised Treehouse nestled within the oak trees. Three child-sized tables with benches and one adult table are included. Open-air concept with ceiling fans and an on-site restroom. Catering must be provided by BSP.

Hollis Family Welcome Center

Contemporary, flexible room that is ideal for meetings, showers, family gatherings, and more. Wood tables, 20 chairs, a credenza, and a loveseat are included. The room has a 70′ TV with the capability to connect to a guest computer for presentations. The room is an air-conditioned space next door to our coffee shop.

General Events

Enjoy natural modern textures and wood elements in a private, screened room that overlooks the lake and serene backdrop of Bonnet Springs Park in this open-air space with ceiling fans. Picnic tables and benches for casual seating are included, as well as two onsite restrooms and adjacent outdoor deck areas.

Weddings / Receptions Package

Includes 8 Hour rental, 100 white folding resin chairs, tables and high-tops, wood arch, scheduled tram rental, and limited supplies transportation (up to two supply trips via golf cart. Additional, trips fees will apply).

Micro Weddings

Designated areas are available for intimate wedding ceremonies, surrounded by native plants and flower aromas within a natural park setting. Includes 20 black folding chairs and up to a 45 minute rental.

Kirby Event Center

Spacious Ballroom with large windows and foyer, built-in dropdown screens, and modern A/V capabilities. An airwall divides the room into 1/3 and 2/3 sections.
