Mind, Body, Movement is back for the fall at BSP! Start your Saturday with intention by moving your body, resetting your mind, and finding your balance through Tai Chi. Join us September 20 from 8 – 9AM near the Allen & Company Family Lawn with instructor Yvette Harding, presented in partnership with Lakeland Regional Health. Tai Chi is a gentle moving meditation that improves health physically, mentally, and emotionally. No prior knowledge of Tai Chi is required. Comfortable clothing and flat shoes are recommended. All abilities, ages, and fitness levels welcome. No prior experience necessary.
