SunSmart Summer with Lakeland Regional Health

Kick off summer the right way with SunSmart Summer! Join Lakeland Regional Health and Bonnet Springs Park at the Ann and Ward Edwards Boathouse on May 31 from 10AM – 12PM for a family-friendly experience packed with engaging activities, hands-on safety demonstrations, and valuable health resources. While enjoying the sunshine, learn how to protect your skin, stay safe in and around water, and respond to summer emergencies — all in a fun, interactive environment. From sunscreen education and water safety lessons to CPR demos and exciting giveaways, SunSmart Summer is your go-to event for a healthy and worry-free summer!

Bubble Play – BSP Volunteers can’t wait to help guests of all ages experience the joy of bubbles!
Water Play – BSP Volunteers will be offering a range of kid-focused water toys perfect to enjoy in Bonnet Spring!
Temporary Tattoos – BSP Volunteers will assist with summer themed temporary tattoos!
Mermaid Meet and Greet – Meet a mermaid at the creek and take a magical photo with them!
